While we consider ourselves industry agnostic, Vermilion Rock is currently focused on the Manufacturing and Healthcare industries. We do come across a wide variety of businesses during our search process and understand value when we see it. Our plans for the near future are to venture into a breadth of new industries as we amp up our capabilities. In general, Vermilion Rock services lower to middle sized markets (1M-20M EBITA).

How can we Work Together?

Vermilion Rock expects to be compensated solely by the Buy-Side at the close of a transaction. Our fee structure is on a deal by deal basis typically calculated on the Lehman scale. We are open to retainer offers and are more than willing to target our search capabilities on a specified acquisition.
